 Things to do

Today, the site of the Fortress City of Vicksburg is preserved as a national park. The park features extensive walking, hiking, and biking trails that offer a unique way to tour the historic location and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Additionally, the park offers the opportunity to tour the area with a Licensed Battlefield Guide in order to gain a deeper understanding of the important roll Vicksburg played during the Civil War.
